A Case of the Grumps
Insurance adjusters
with nothing to do,
with no real idea,
nor even a clue,
have decided that 70
is the age for most men,
that time of their lives,
the moment when
they enter their grumpy phase,
the one after farts,
but it just isn’t the case,
at least not on my part.
No, I took that dive
into cootage at 65,
became and old codger
with a 10-year head start.
